These federal agencies need to be held accountable for obstruction, etc. Both of the aforementioned (Bobby and Mr. Johnny Depp, the NAVY, all inclusive), therefore have access to everything that I have online, including phone calls/posts. I do NOT give permission for the aforementioned federal agencies the rights to anything that I have online, (all inclusive) and offline. They have stolen from me, etc. Conflict of interest included. EOE laws and ADA laws apply. The Department of Defense also does not have the right to the information (i.e. RAW MATERIAL, that I obtained in reporting terrorism and other crimes against humanity, violation of childrens' rights, etc. ALL INCLUSIVE.)
