Glad to be of service in the past: for my mother, Sgt. Lt. Sylvia Leticia Garcia, my grandmother, Ernestina Ulloa Orozco, and for my favorite brother in the whole world, Jessie Alexander Rubio. We are the Ronald Reagan family.

Please note that I will not be present at any ceremonies related to the u.s. military for any reason. Don't try; (personal). You never let me know about Jessie's death nor funeral. I expect the same courtesy, I am NOT a hypocrite.
I *earned the VA benefits. Everyone could literally see it, day in day out. They know. Plenty of witnesses

911. I left a message at the Doj.gov voicemail based in Washington d.c. I am remaining retired/honorably discharged from the navy/military. I also stand by my original complaint this early morning against Robert (BOBBY) Garcia, dob 04 20 74; Johnny Depp and Tom Petty. 911. They have stolen from me. I am requesting it back. I am also requesting my VA benefits, effective immediately. I can't do much more than I already have. I quit. I am in too much physical pain. And being tortured, without direct help from any of the agencies, the military included. Many witnesses. I had to be fed by one of them, David Griffin, and it was his fault that I am homeless and starving, he stated, 2 years into knowing him. He's done it before to others.
